For this translation, it is missing %i in the cases of zero, one and two because in Arabic we don't use numbers in some cases. For example, we don't say "changes will reflect in 0 seconds" but instead we say "changes will reflect now" and in cases of 1 or 2 we use words like "changes will reflect in two seconds" (two seconds) here are translated into one word in Arabic (ثانيتين).
