For this translation, it is missing %i in the cases of zero, one and two because in Arabic we don't use numbers in some cases. For example, we don't say "changes will reflect in 0 seconds" but instead we say "changes will reflect now" and in cases of 1 or 2 we use words like "changes will reflect in two seconds" (two seconds) here are translated into one word in Arabic (ثانيتين). If it is still necessary to include the numbers, there is still a work around. Add your comment and I will change it.
